Abuse Policy, Content Removal & DMCA
Effective: January 1, 2026 — Last updated: April 14, 2026
Degradow Paste is committed to maintaining a safe and legal platform. We take reports of abuse seriously and act on them promptly. This page explains how to report abuse, request content removal, and file copyright takedown notices.
1. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter Content that violates our Terms of Service, you can report it through two methods:
- Report button: Click the "Report" button available on every paste page. You will be asked to select a reason and provide details. Reports are reviewed by our team.
- Email: Send a detailed report to abuse@degabin.com.es with the paste URL, your reason for reporting, and any supporting information.
2. What We Consider Abuse
Content that violates our Terms includes, but is not limited to:
- Malware, viruses, exploits, or code used as part of a command-and-control system
- Stolen credentials, authentication tokens, or personal data
- Phishing pages or social engineering material
- Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Personally identifiable information posted without consent (doxxing)
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
- Hate speech, threats of violence, or terrorist content
- Spam or content used to manipulate search engines
- Any content that is illegal under applicable law
3. DMCA Copyright Takedown Notices
If you believe that Content hosted on Degradow Paste infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:

- Your physical or electronic signature
Send DMCA notices to: abuse@degabin.com.es
Notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements may not receive a response. Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney's fees) if you materially misrepresent that Content infringes your copyright.
4. Counter-Notification
If your Content was removed pursuant to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe it was removed in error or that you have the right to post the Content, you may submit a counter-notification to abuse@degabin.com.es containing:
- Identification of the Content that was removed and the URL where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the Content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Response Time & Actions
We aim to review and act on all reports within 48 hours. Depending on the nature and severity of the report, we may take the following actions:
- Immediate removal — Content that clearly violates our Terms or applicable law (e.g., malware, CSAM, stolen credentials) may be removed immediately upon discovery
- Review and removal — Content reported for other violations will be reviewed and removed if found in violation
- Dismissal — Reports that are unfounded, frivolous, or do not identify a genuine violation will be dismissed
- Access restriction — IP addresses associated with repeated or severe violations may be blocked
6. Repeat Offenders
We maintain records of abuse reports and violations. Users or IP addresses that repeatedly violate our Terms of Service may be permanently blocked from using the Service. In cases involving criminal activity, we may report relevant information to law enforcement authorities as required or permitted by law.
7. Good Faith
We process all reports in good faith and strive to balance the interests of reporters, content authors, and the broader community. We reserve the right to make final determinations regarding Content removal at our sole discretion.
