4. "Content" refers to all text, code, data, and other material displayed through or uploaded to the Website. "User-Generated Content" or "Your Content" is Content created or uploaded by you.

This includes making backups, displaying Content to other users, parsing it for syntax highlighting, and making it available via the raw text API.
5. License Grant to Other Users. Content you post publicly may be viewed, cloned, and downloaded by other users through the Service's built-in functionality (e.g., clone, download, raw view). By posting publicly, you authorize this use.
The Service provides an API endpoint (POST /api/create) for programmatic paste creation. Use of the API is subject to these Terms, including rate limits and acceptable use policies. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in access being blocked. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the API at any time.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe Content on this Service infringes your copyright, please see our Abuse Policy & DMCA page for instructions on filing a takedown notice. We will respond to valid DMCA notices and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content.
If Content is removed pursuant to a DMCA notice, we may notify the user who posted the Content (where possible via the edit link) and provide an opportunity to file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was in error.
We may, at our sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any user or IP address that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Content associated with violations may be immediately removed. Repeat offenders may be permanently blocked.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Degradow Paste and its operator(s) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights; or (d) any Content you post or transmit through the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the operator's jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Degradow Paste regarding the Service.
